Anytime a law enforcement officer..

Even speaks to me to needle me from panhandling.  In essence telling me not to beg for food, after these pig police and their bloody patriot act kept me on the street to be raped and murdered, I'm going to bomb the united states.  I figure they can only ignore it for so long until the radiation piles up and starts killing people....
